Technical Specialist Advisor with Native Level of Portuguese and English

The Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, will be a group of professionals for our clients in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France which includes individuals with chronic diseases, health care professionals and pharmacies.

Job

You will provide support to the users of their instruments and reagent systems which are used in clinical histology, cytology and drug discovery laboratories being proactive and solution-oriented in troubleshooting.

Considering this, you will be responsible for:

- Handling and processing customer and staff inquiries by phone and in written form, also in cooperation with 2nd level support
- Application of remote service for customer support and identification and troubleshooting of complex failures
- Management and follow up of the specific open issues for each customer in coordination with the sales force
- Conducting trainings for Roche systems for customers and staff with ready to use concepts and documentation
- Support for product updates and transferring knowledge via information channels

Requirements
Professional Education:

- You have completed your Degree in Technical area: Electrical engineering, Telecommunication engineering or Medical technology or in a Scientific area: Chemical engineer, biologist or an apprenticeship as a technician (e.g., electrician, electromechanics technician or a medical engineer) with several years of job experience

Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of job experience in the medical, technical environment either obtained through customer support servicing electro-technical systems or in the laboratory

Skills and professional competences:

- Native level of Portuguese
- Advanced level of English,Spanish is a plus
- Good technical knowledge in medical analysis systems and quality assurance
- Good methodology and didactics for customer training
- Good problem-solving skills / methodological search for errors
- Knowledge in usage of business software (e.g., MS Office)
